The M plan (€39/month) is recommended. For only €4.50 more than the S plan, you get accident insurance (€105,000 disability coverage), personal liability (€1,000,000), and deportation cost coverage. The health insurance benefits are essentially the same across all plans — the main differences are in the extras.

The health insurance coverage is nearly identical across all plans. S is health-only. M adds accident, liability, and deportation insurance.
