如何获得保险
申请学生签证/居留许可
提交申请材料并附上保险证明（欧盟学生提供EHIC，或提交加入ÖGK/私人保险的声明）。
在大学完成入学注册
完成大学入学注册（Inskription）并获取入学证明。
注册ÖGK
持入学证明和护照，在线或前往当地ÖGK办公室申请ÖGK学生保险。
领取电子医保卡（e-card）
奥地利健康保险卡（e-card）将在2–3周内邮寄到您手中。
在市政厅进行地址登记（Meldezettel）
抵达奥地利后3日内，前往当地市政府（Magistrat）或区公所（Gemeindeamt）登记居住地址。
Student Health Insurance in Austria
Austria’s healthcare system is similar to Germany’s, with mandatory health insurance for all residents. As a student, you’ll join the ÖGK (Österreichische Gesundheitskasse) — Austria’s public health insurance — for €69.98/month.
ÖGK Student Insurance
All students enrolled at Austrian universities can (and should) register with ÖGK. The monthly rate of €69.98 covers:
- Doctor visits (Kassenarzt)
- Hospital care (public hospitals)
- Emergency treatment
- Prescription medications (with small co-pays)
- Maternity and preventive care
Once registered, you’ll receive an e-card, which you present when visiting doctors or hospitals.
EU Students with EHIC
EU/EEA students can use their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to access Austrian healthcare. However, many students still join ÖGK for:
- Easier access to doctors (no need to explain EHIC)
- Full coverage without worrying about reimbursement
- Access to all ÖGK-contracted providers
Private Insurance Alternative
If you prefer private care or don’t qualify for ÖGK, you can get private health insurance (from €55/month). Private insurance must meet Austrian equivalency standards to be accepted for residence permits.
